All potential bidders are requested to attend compulsory site visit at Ruacana High School on the 28 August 2025 at 11:00am. Bidders that come after 11:00 will not be allowed to register and will automatically be disqualified.
11:00 – 11:30 Briefing
11:30 – 12:30 Inspection/Assessment of the Boys’ Hostel
12:30 – 13:00 Attendance register (only for those who attended the Briefing)
NB:
• No bidder/company representative is allowed to represent more than one company.
• Bidders/representatives shouldn’t have been involved in the RFQ process (example creating of Plan/BoQ, Project owners, Projects Committee members, etc)
