SUB-STATION
N amPower has commissioned an
Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process to be undertaken for the proposed
Power line from Auas Transmission Station to the Rehoboth Sub-Station. As part
of the EIA process, all Interested and Affected Parties are invited to provide
comments on the Draft Route Evaluation and Environmental Impact Report, as well
as the Environmental Management Plan (EMP). We attach a copy of the executive
summary for your convenience.

April to 19 May 2006. All comments received will be included in a Comments
Report, which will be available on request. The Comments Report and the revised

the Ministry of Environment and Tourism, Directorate of Environmental Affairs of
Namibia, for consideration.
