NICOLA TAYLOR
Associate, LeBoeuf Lamb
Nicola's main area of practice is engineering and construction law — both non-contentious and contentious – but with a particular focus on non-contentious. The focus of her current practice is preparing and advising on engineering and procurement contracts, professional appointments and other construction-related documentation such as performance bonds and collateral warranties, principally on international projects. Her construction law and general projects experience covers a broad range of industry sectors including energy and natural resources (including power, water, wastewater, oil and gas), social infrastructure (educational, health and sporting facilities), transport (principally rail and airport), commercial and residential developments and defence. Nicola also has experience in advising on EU public procurement and general arbitration/commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining LeBoeuf Lamb, Nicola worked in firms in Sydney and London.
