NamPower is constructing a transmission line from the Omaere substation east of Gobabis to Ghanzi in Botswana.
It is an important project for NamPower and Namibia in general, in light of the diversification of operations and the provision of trans-frontier good and services and in accordance with their vision pf "powering the nation and beyond"
