NamPower, an equal opportunity employer, supports the development of the Namibian youth and therefore invites applications for VOCATIONAL TRAINING BURSARIES from young Namibians who wish to pursue vocational studies at the NamPower Training Centre in Windhoek towards artisan status in the following fields:

• ELECTRICAL (GENERAL)  (LEVELS 1, 2 & 3)

• MECHANICAL (FITTING AND TURNING) (LEVELS 1, 2 & 3)

• Namibian citizenship

• Age between 18 and 24 years

• General good health (medical examination could be required)

• Satisfactory outcome of aptitude test

• Grade 12 Certificate or satisfactory August 2006 Gr.12 results with passes in:

Eligibility requirements : Level 2 bursary                                                        

• Namibian citizenship                                                                                 

• Age between 18 and 24 years

• General good health (medical examination could be required)

• Grade 12 Certificate, with passes in Mathematics, Physical Science and English

• A National Vocational Certificate Level 1

• The following minimum N1-examination results:

Eligibility requirements : Level 3 bursary

• Namibian citizenship

• Age between 18 and 24 years

• General good health (medical examination could be required)

• Grade 12 Certificate, with passes in Mathematics, Physical Science and English

• A National Vocational Certificate Level 2

• The following minimum N2-examination results:
